AgencyLess comes from Black Tie Creative, a Jacksonville content agency that has run social for local businesses and nonprofits for four years. We built the tool we use, then priced it so a small business can use it too.
Questions
What footage should I upload?
Vertical clips straight off your phone: your space, your product, your people, things happening. A little shaky is fine. We pick the steadiest moments and stabilize them. Horizontal clips are skipped, never cropped.
What comes back?
Finished 9:16 reels with on-screen text in your brand font and colors, plus a caption, hashtags and two sound picks for each one. Download them one at a time or all at once.
Why suggest sounds instead of adding music?
Trending sounds have to be added inside Instagram or TikTok so they stay licensed and count toward the trend. We tell you which ones fit and never suggest the same sound twice for your brand.
What if my footage only has enough for fewer reels?
We only make reels the footage can carry. Any reels we can't make go straight back to your balance.
Do unused reels roll over?
No. Your balance resets to your plan amount every billing month.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Anytime from the Plan page. Upgrades add the extra reels right away. A cancel takes effect at the end of the month you paid for.
Is a person checking my reels?
Every reel goes through automatic checks before it reaches you: shaky footage is dropped, text is kept off faces, and anything we had to guess is listed under "Check before posting" so you can look before you post.
